Situation: In the spring of 2011, an alarming rate of people in need of hospital care were driving out of town. While they assumed their central location was sufficient, studies showed patients were willing to drive an extra 20 minutes to other hospitals. In fact, patients would drive directly past St John’s life threatening situations. Focus groups further revealed that the community had lost trust in the hospital and would not return.

Solution: MS3 Communications hired Zeh Arndt Creative as a creative consultant that fall. Since then Zeh Arndt Creative has partnered with MS3 Communications to create annual TV campaigns for St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, New York to build community trust, raise awareness of services and staff, and increase the number of patients treated.

Situation: Create a new brand of executive healthcare in Manhattan, successfully launch it, drive new patients, and prove ROI.
Solution: Develop a strategy and creative platform that spoke directly to the audience’s health concerns, personal value and ego. Deliverables included developing the name, tagline, positioning, website, collateral, photography, social and a radio campaign featuring NFL Hall of Fame quarterback, Boomer Esiason.
Results: In two years the practice has grown exponentially, and now provides a series of weekly health tips from their physicians to educate and build trust.

Situation: We were hired to consult on the development of a brochure to help raise money for a new Emergency Center and Patient Care Tower. What resulted was the development of an integrated capital campaign which helped the foundation raise more than $20million for the building of a new Emergency Department at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
Solution: We created a multi-faceted integrated campaign that supplemented traditional capital raising initiatives with innovative strategies including distinctive branding messages, the creation of a new website dedicated solely to the capital campaign, a staff-created blog and eblast strategy to quickly and intimately distribute pertinent information, plus an extended testimonial / call to action video featuring SAH staff, patients and contributors
