When a client is not meeting their goals, whether sales, ratings or, in
the case of Eckerd Youth Alternatives (EYA), recruits, a strategic as
well as creative overhaul is needed. And that's what our first
assignment for EYA in the summer of 2004 entailed.
Zeh Arndt Creative shifted both creative and media strategies to better
target the kind of soon-to-be college grads who type in "wilderness" and
"youth" at Monster.com. Leaving newspaper ads behind, the new campaign
included TV, radio and web ads to find our audience right where they
are.
